SOURIAU has obtained confirmation of its registration with China National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA), in accordance with HAF604 regulation. Entered into force in January 2008, this regulation impacts foreign companies who supply safety equipment for Chinese civil nuclear facilities.
HAF604 registration confirmation, issued by NNSA after thorough review, covers SOURIAU’s design and manufacturing activities of Class 1E safety connectors. As a result, SOURIAU becomes one of the world’s first connectors suppliers officially recognized by Chinese nuclear safety administration. Supplier of the country’s power plants for a long time, SOURIAU will be able to continue answering China’s needs within the framework of it’s large nuclear power development program.
